Heath Mayo

Heath Mayo is the founder of Principles First, an entirely volunteer grassroots organization dedicated to championing conservative principles and principled leaders. Heath practices corporate law, covering M&A, capital markets, shareholder activism and corporate governance issues for some of the nation’s most recognized companies. Prior to his legal career, Heath was a management consultant at Bain & Company. Born and raised in East Texas, Heath is a graduate of Brown University and Yale Law School and currently lives with his wife, Cecilia, in Hoboken, New Jersey.
