Daphne Posadas is a Project Manager at FEE en Español, the Spanish branch of the Foundation for Economic Education. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Universidad Francisco Marroquín. She is pursuing a Master’s degree in Economics at the University of Troy, Alabama. In 2021, she was a panelist at the Mont Pelerin Society conference, becoming one of the youngest speakers in the conference’s history. She was the Director of International Studies at Fundación Libertad y Desarrollo. She also worked as a teaching assistant at Universidad Francisco Marroquín, on the courses of Game Theory, State Theory, Geopolitics, Comparative Politics, Ethics of Liberty, and Methodology for the Analysis of Contemporary Issues. For five years, she hosted a radio program in Guatemala City, accumulating over 500 hours on-air, where she presented political and international analyses on current topics. In 2018, she was one of the judges in the final of Public Speaking at the World Universities Debating Championship. She creates content on social media to introduce young people to politics and economics. Daphne is multilingual and speaks Spanish, English, Italian, and French fluently.
